All of our properties include WiFi, fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, beach access gear, and pools or hot tubs where available. Every guest receives a first morning's worth of breakfast as well as other complimentary surprise gifts if traveling for a special occasion. 🥰 Specific amenities vary by listing—check the property description for details like BBQ grills or smart TVs.

Are pets allowed in the properties?

Per condominium HOA rules, pets are generally not allowed in the properties unless they are Service Animals. Unauthorized pets may result in extra cleaning charges and/or eviction. Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as a trained Service Animal.

No smoking indoors, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and respect for neighbors. Parties are prohibited, and maximum occupancy must be followed. Report any damages immediately upon check in to avoid charges. Guests will have access to each unit's specific house rules upon booking.

Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is added to your booking. The fee varies by unit. It covers post-stay cleaning, but guests are expected to tidy up (e.g., load dishwasher, remove trash). Excessive mess may incur additional fees.
