Booking is simple! Visit our Airbnb to book through there or reach out to us directly with questions at (850) 714-3856 (call/text) or taylor@betterdayspm.info
Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We'll provide access codes via email 48 hours before arrival. For early check-in or late check-out, contact us in advance—availability depends on bookings.
All of our properties include WiFi, fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, beach access gear, and pools or hot tubs where available. Specific amenities vary by listing—check the property description for details like BBQ grills or smart TVs.
Per condominium HOA rules, no pets are allowed in the properties. Unauthorized pets may result in extra cleaning charges or eviction.
No smoking indoors, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and respect for neighbors. Parties are prohibited, and maximum occupancy must be followed. Report any damages immediately to avoid charges.
Our properties are near beaches, golf courses, and the best restaurants in the southeast. We provide maps and recommendations in your welcome packet. Rideshares, rentals, or public transport are easy options.
Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is added to your booking. It covers post-stay cleaning, but guests are expected to tidy up (e.g., load dishwasher, remove trash). Excessive mess may incur additional fees.
For immediate issues, call 911. For property-related emergencies (e.g., plumbing), contact our 24/7 support line provided in your confirmation. We have local teams for quick response.
WiFi credentials are in the welcome binder or emailed upon arrival. All of our condos have smart locks and streaming services—instructions are provided. If you encounter issues, our support team can assist remotely.
Guests will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel 7-30 days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable.
